Wings of Hope provides hospice care in people's homes, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living across Allegan County, including Saugatuck, Douglas and Fennville, at no charge to the patient. It also offers Journeys palliative care for pain management and grief support groups, and is reachable by phone around the clock at 269-686-8659 or 800-796-2676. Wings of Hope joined the NorthStar Care Community on October 1, 2026.
